The Wyld Story
Established in 2025 Wyld Wellbeing started as a passion project by Dani Garrard who sought the restorative elements of the great outdoors in her own wellbeing journey. Wyld Wellbeing is dedicated to helping you achieve mental wellness through a unique combination of coaching and immersive experiences in nature. One-to-one sessions, group hikes and carefully curated events are designed to provide a holistic approach to mental well-being. At Wyld we believe in the restorative power of nature and its ability to enhance mental wellness, and are committed to guide you on a journey towards inner peace and balance.
